Winterlind is responsible for managing the company’s brand worldwide through internal and external communications, marketing and client relations programs.
Winterlind has more than 25 years of strategic marketing, branding, communications and business development experience and has led brand strategy development, messaging, implementation and measurement efforts throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia markets. Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Winterlind led the marketing and business development functions of the communications and information technology business of a global construction and engineering company. He also served as General Manager of Business Management and Marketing for a leading supplier of telecommunications technology.
Winterlind received his Master’s degree in electrical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has served in the Swedish Air Force and is a member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, he received Frost & Sullivan’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Sales & Marketing.
